Duties include, but are not limited to:
Travel to Troy, IL for meetings with clients and vendors Scheduling meetings and appointments in Troy, IL for clients and vendors Scheduling travel arrangements for clients in Troy, IL Organizing files and data for clients in Troy, IL Scheduling appointments with clients in Troy, IL Data entry at the office with the purpose of maintaining accurate records Other duties as assigned by the personal assistant manager and or executive director
Experience:
1 year of experience working as a personal assistant or similar role in an office setting (preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Proficient on the telephone (Outbound & Inbound) Experience using email tools (i.

, Outlook, Gmail, etc.
)(preferred) Experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro (preferred) Experience using Google Docs (preferred) Job Types:
