Qualifications preferred, but not required:
At least 2 years' experience in office setting Ability to multitask, including scheduling dental appointments, answering phones, checking patients in and out for appointments Following up with patients regarding unscheduled treatment, past due recare, missed appointments Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient with Dentrix Vast knowledge of dental insurance benefits and claims Ability to educate patients about diagnosed treatment General knowledge of 3rd party financing programs Ability to present fees and give estimates of treatment Proficient with Microsoft office Self-motivated, great attitude, and tactful The ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines Organization and time management skills Competitive benefits and salary Job Type:
