- Prepare a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts - Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistent quality - Package finished products for display or sale - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines - Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies Requirements:
- Previous experience as a baker in a restaurant or pastry shop preferred - Knowledge of culinary techniques and principles of food production - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately - Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines Note:
